Direct Care Worker training and testing in Window Rock.

Trinity Home Care & Transport is an AHCCCS-approved Direct Care Worker Training and Testing Program.

Who we train and test

We train and test our own caregivers. We can also train and test caregivers for other agencies under a written agreement.

Modules offered

We offer Level I Fundamentals, Level II Aging and Physical Disabilities, and Level II Developmental Disabilities.

Training and testing

Testing uses the AHCCCS standardized tests. Classes are held in Window Rock in English and Navajo.
